My friend suggested to me that I have two pairs of sock needles so I can start both socks at the same time. She claims this is because of gauge changes. I say it is because it keeps you from quitting after you've finished only one sock. Which is what I'm currently trying to keep from doing.
I will probably never ever knit socks. I very seldomly like todo the same project for a. too long and b. twice...so that would not work for me. Good luck getting yoru second one finished!
