Making room for Spring veges!

I harvested the last of the Winter veges to make room for the Spring harvest. The last of the veges were carrots, lettuce, kale, beets, rutabegas and turnips. I put by the carrots today by trimming, peeling, chopping, boiling for two minutes, spreading on a cookie sheet and freezing them. I will bag them or jar them in two days.
